This powerful event features 4 International Ministries missionaries:
Dan Chetti, missionary in Lebanon, will be the keynote speaker Friday night where he will share “How We Love Our Muslim Neighbors”.
Dan Buttry, global consultant for Peace and Justice, will speak Saturday morning on “How We Love Our Neighbors When They Are Bullies”.
Charles West, missionary in Zambia and Corenne Garrison-Smith, missionary in Brazil will each lead workshops on their ministry Saturday morning, as will Dan Buttry and Dan Chetti. Other workshop leaders include Dexter Bishop on the 200th anniversary of Adoniram Judson’s departure to Burma and J. Loring Carpenter of Seafarer’s Friend.
Reid Trulson, executive director of International Ministries (IM) will explore “The Challenges of Mission as IM Enter Its 3rd Century” on Saturday afternoon.
Melanie and Randall Burns of Maine, along with their praise band, will lead worship and praise through out the weekend, including a special after hours “soaking time” on Friday night. The Burns have lead worship during Biennials and World Mission Conferences.
There’s a Youth Program on Saturday, September 24th from 8:00am – 3:00pm. There will be activities for younger children (ages 5 – 11). Those in junior and senior high school will attend the morning plenary and then head to the Coco Key water park at the hotel!
