This trip will provide an opportunity for participants to consider God’s mission and call in light of their historical, cultural and faith ties to and interests in Ghana/West Africa.
It will:
~Expose participants to the ministries of the Ghana Baptist Convention.
~Motivate Ghanaian and American Baptist churches in mission.
~Strengthen relationship ties and to open doors for growing collaboration between the Ghana Baptist Convention and American Baptist churches in holistic , evangelistic, and discipleship ministries.

Main activities will include:
~Visiting historical and cultural sites, events, and leaders in Ghana, especially those of significance to the history of African Americans.
~Visiting ministries and project sites of the Ghana Baptist Convention.
~Fellowshipping, preaching, and ministering in selected churches of the Ghana Baptist Convention,
~Interacting with the leadership of the Ghana Baptist Convention at National, Sectoral/Regional and Associational levels.

*Cost may change due to fluctuations in world economy.  Cost does include all room, board, and transportation in Ghana and round trip airfare from JFK to Ghana. Cost does not include round trip transportation to JFK airport in NY, visa, passport or immunizations.
